About FAB (Fresh Artisan Bread) Bakery Shynara Bakisheva founded FAB Bakery in 2017. FAB Bakery opened in Fenham in April 2020, which is still our home today. We specialise in sourdough bread, artisan Patisserie and Viennoiserie (items considered between savoury and sweet, such as croissants). We have sourdough, rye bread, ciabatta, croissants, and pain au chocolat daily. We have a range of bread and sweet specials on Fridays and Saturdays. On Saturdays we have vegan pastries. There is something for everyone in our bakery! Visit us at lunchtime for sandwiches, sausage rolls and takeaway tea and coffee.
