Join us on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th July 2025 at Cliffe Park, Sunderland for 2 days of live music, arts, great food & drink, workshops, kids crafts and more!

This year we have new partnerships with @bbcintroducingnortheastyorks and @wearenameuk , which brings loads of exciting new music to the festival.
We’re welcoming back our familiar hosts @jeff.brown.01 and @frankie____ , and we’ll also be joined by @shakkmusic and @lucyshlds as our comperes for Stage 2.

We’ll have great NE-based street food and drinks available as usual so come along, grab a bite and catch some great live music in a beautiful setting. Stay as long as you like. No tickets required, just turn up!

This weekend we will be back in the Ouseburn ! ⭐️

As part of @ouseburnfest , we are going to be popping up at both the @theouseburnmarket and the @ouseburngarden bringing with us our biggest vintage selection to date !

Join us for an extraordinary journey into the heart of history as we unveil the hidden stories and treasures of Raby Castle. Step beyond the velvet ropes and immerse yourself in the captivating world of this centuries-old architectural masterpiece. Our exclusive behind-the-scenes tour offers a unique opportunity to step back in time, unlocking some of the hidden parts of the castle to reveal rooms, stories and treasures not usually seen by the public. From the magnificent State Bedroom, designed to impress the most important visitors, to the suite of rooms used by the 10^th Lord Barnard, including the grand Billiard Room and his private study, every detail of which remains unchanged since his death in 1964.
Numbers are limited on these special tours as we glimpse into smaller, more intimate rooms and venture down narrow passages within the walls, where our friendly Senior Guides look forward to sharing some of the lesser-known stories of Raby Castle and the people who have lived and worked here.
Dogs are not allowed in the castle or terrace.
Please note no photography is allowed on the behind-the-scenes tour.
This ticket gives you full access to Raby Castle, The Deer Park and Walled Gardens.

On this tour you will learn about the start of England’s Viking era and its end and we shall compare the fantasy of the famous Last Kingdom to the real history. Find out about a battle scene that was filmed in the area and become Queen or King of the North.

Tours run April - July

This trip operates during April as the birds make their return to the islands and continues during the nesting season from May until the end July. Puffins start to return to the Farne Islands from the end of March with numbers varying until they settle down for nesting mid April. The Puffins start to leave the islands at the end of July/beginning of August.

Child prices are for age 5-15. Under 5’s are classed as infants. No concessions.
Dogs are permitted on this trip.
This trip spends 2 hours sailing around the Farne Islands without a landing and offers ample opportunities to view the prolific bird life which nests on these magnificent islands during the breeding season from May till the end of July.
Highlights include views of Puffins, Guillemots, Shags, Cormorants, Kittiwakes, Arctic Terns, Razorbills and Eider Ducks.
